We think the best way to learn a hard technical subject is to read it carefully, test yourself often and build the thing.
Why text
Machine learning is a subject of definitions, derivations and code. Each of those rewards a reader who can stop, go back a line, work the step on paper and carry on when it makes sense. Text lets you do that at your own pace, and it lets you find the one idea you need again, later, in seconds.
So every subject is written for the page, in short sections that end with a check. You find out whether you understood a section before you build on it, and the graded labs then ask you to make the idea work in code.
What we promise
